Description
A returning smallholder lot from SIPRO in Amatenango de la Frontera, Chiapas, now in its fourth consecutive year with Assembly. Naturally processed, with cherries dried whole so sugars are reabsorbed into the seed, giving a fruit-forward, dense and syrupy cup with notes of dried fruit.
