Mexico Santa Fé water decaffeinated is a coffee from Mexico, grown on Santa Fé in Sierra Madre de Chiapas, roasted by qb coffee. It is a microlot, grown at 1,200 m a.s.l., from the Catimor, Catuaí variety. It is processed using the water decaffeinated method. The cup offers notes of cola nut, maple syrup, and dried date. Best suited for both filter brewing and espresso.
