Sakubel is a washed coffee grown by Indigenous Tseltal farming communities in the highlands of Chiapas, hand-picked and slow-dried in the cool mountain air of Los Altos de Chiapas. Expect dried fig, caramelised sugar and lime marmalade, with a rounded sweetness and gentle citrus finish that works well as both espresso and filter.
