Description
An SHG (Strictly High Grown) Arabica from the volcanic Pluma region of Oaxaca, Mexico, grown above 1,200m, washed and sun-dried, then hand-sorted. The cup is clean with a round body and balanced sweetness, intense floral aromatics layered with chocolate, cane sugar, raisin and nutty tones.
