Matazano is a single-origin coffee from the 5-hectare Finca El Matazano in the highlands of Honduras (1450 masl), produced by 5-star National Cupper Elvin Castillo, continuing a specialty coffee legacy started by his father. Made from Lempira and Ihcafe 90 varietals with an anaerobic natural process (following extended cherry fermentation and raised-bed drying), it delivers a sweet, clean cup of dried fig, apricot and cream.
