Grown at the highest point of El Pital, Huila, Colombia, on Santa Elena farm by Maria Damaris Medina and her husband Wilson Villaquira, who both grew up farming coffee with their families and started out on less than a hectare of land. Santa Elena has since grown to 7 hectares, with the couple focused on quality over yield - they have been replacing older Caturra trees with Pink Bourbon to further raise the standard of their coffee, working with import partner Nordic Approach. Round Hill Roastery roasts this lot for filter brewing, offered whole bean or ground for French press, aeropress, or pourover.
