An organic Arabica-Robusta blend of Indian Robusta (30%, for crema and caffeine), natural-processed Brazilian Dutra (35%), and Peruvian Lima Coffee (35%, grown by a smallholder cooperative whose president won the Cup of Excellence in 2017), nutty and sweet with apricot-hazelnut-malt notes.
