Maraba was among the first specialty coffees exported from Rwanda, grown on washed and sun-dried lots and medium roasted. It's fruity and full-bodied with grapefruit-like crispness balanced by chocolate truffle richness, plus redcurrant and toffee notes across espresso, filter and cafetiere.
