MamaCoffee's Nicaragua Women's Project, sourced from the COASSAN cooperative of women producers in Jinotega as part of MamaCoffee's ongoing support for women in the coffee trade, following earlier projects in the same vein. Washed processing (Catuai, Caturra, Catimor, Parainema varieties), with milk chocolate, star anise and red apple notes, low sweet acidity and a medium body; suited to espresso or moka pot.
