MamaCoffee's Dejavu espresso blend, combining a washed Nicaraguan lot from the Chavarría brothers' El Progreso farm in Matagalpa with a naturally processed Brazilian lot from Paulo Toledo's farm in Alta Mogiana, each roasted separately before blending. Sweet milk chocolate, anise, cane sugar, hazelnut and raisin notes, low acidity, full creamy body; good for espresso, moka pot or even Turkish-style brewing.
