Liberacion is a washed, medium-roast single origin grown above 1,500 metres by smallholder farmers of the Esquipulas co-operative in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. It's a relaxed, chocolate-and-caramel-leaning cup with red grape, dark chocolate and custard cream notes, versatile across espresso, filter and cafetiere.
