Description
A washed S795 varietal coffee from the Nola Wonga Farmers Group in the Bajawa region of Flores, Indonesia, grown at 1,300-1,600 masl. Established in 2014 by Felix Soba to preserve local organic coffee heritage, the group combines cherry floating, hand sorting, fermentation, and raised-bed drying to produce a bright, floral cup with notes of apple, raisin, and macadamia.
