A natural-processed Tabi/Pink Bourbon lot from Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,800m by Efren Echeverri, whose family has farmed the land for 22 years but only turned to specialty coffee in 2019, since adopting modern fermentation techniques. Vibrant forest-berry and green-apple acidity with a floral lift. Cupping score 87.5.
