Las Mimosas is a washed Caturra/Catuaí coffee from the Las Mimosas farm in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, grown between 1,000 and 1,300 m. Roasted medium for espresso, it has a milk chocolate and raisin cup with a delicate acidity.
