A Pacamara single-origin filter coffee from the Lina family's Las Laderas farm near Coatepeque Lake in Santa Ana, El Salvador, shade-grown on volcanic soil close to the Ilamatepec Volcano. Cup of Excellence-winning honey processing (mucilage left on the drying bean) gives an intense sweetness and smooth mouthfeel, with clementine, cashew and honey notes.
