A medium-dark, fully washed coffee from the Grupo Asociativo Villa Esperanza co-operative in Guadalupe, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1500-1900m on Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo cultivars. Sweet and citrusy, with butterscotch, stewed apple, and roasted almond leading into milk chocolate and cranberry on a balanced finish.
