The Light City roast of Costa Rica Tarrazu, grown around 1600 m.a.s.l. in the renowned Tarrazu region south of San José, washed Caturra. Lighter roasting than GourmetKáva's standard preserves more of the coffee's spiced chocolate, caramel and hazelnut balance with a gentle acidity.
