The fifth release from father-and-son duo Ajoy and Pranoy Thipaiah's Kerehaklu estate in the Western Ghats of India. Lot KK is processed as an anoxic (low-oxygen) natural, fermented for 81 hours with a custom mossto starter culture built from locally isolated microbes, then pulped and dried on African beds - part of Pranoy's ongoing experimentation with fermentation science to push Indian specialty coffee forward.
