Francin Roasters' Kenya Ndundu, a peaberry (PB) lot from the Thiririka Farmers' Cooperative in Kiambu district, fully washed with same-day cherry delivery, floatation sorting and slow African-bed drying. Cupping 87+, with a juicy mandarin, nectarine and dried-plum profile and a gentle caramel undertone, syrupy and elegant - suited to filter brewing.
