Francin Roasters' Indonesia Ijen Highlands, a naturally processed lot from the Botolinggo washing station on Java near the Ijen volcano (around 1300 m.a.s.l.), grown on Komasti, Andungsari, Bourbon and Kartika varieties. Only fully ripe cherries are accepted, dried 11-13 days with careful sorting throughout.
