Francin Roasters' Ethiopia Guji Okoluu, a naturally processed, organically farmed lot from the high-altitude Okoluu area of Guji (2000-2150 m.a.s.l.), grown on JARC and heirloom varieties. Hand-picked cherries are dried whole on raised beds for two to three weeks; cupping 88, with a layered, natural-forward profile suited to filter brewing.
