Description

Jenkin Jones Decaf No.5, named for Welsh coal baron Jenkin B. Jones, is a decaffeinated regional blend from the Paradise Mountain project in Papua New Guinea, combining lots from the Simbu Province and Eastern Highlands. Made from Typica and Bourbon varietals grown at 1600-1850 masl, it's decaffeinated in Bremen using the natural sugarcane-derived Water Ethyl Acetate process, producing a smooth, refined cup of chocolate, sweetness and citrus.
