A black-honey-processed Red Caturra lot from the same Argopuro highlands of West Java as its anaerobic sibling, grown at 1,400-1,600m. The extended honey process yields a spiced cup with vanilla undertones, black tea and dried fruit, finishing with honeyed sweetness and a light, tea-like body.
