Description

An anaerobic-processed Red Caturra lot from the Argopuro highlands of West Java, Indonesia, grown at 1,400-1,600m and hand-picked selectively by farmer Muhlis. The fermentation gives a sweet, honeyed, chocolatey cup with notes reminiscent of rum pralines. Best suited to filter and French press brewing.
