Description

Grown at 1,800m in the Argopuro region of Java by the Alami Coffee Growers, from Red Cattura and Lini S-795 varieties. A carbonic maceration step layered on top of washed processing produces a vivid, fruit-forward cup with cherry, chocolate, strawberry, and tropical fruit notes, versatile enough for espresso or filter brewing.
