Description
Sourced from Aceh Tengah on Sumatra at around 1,400m, blending Bourbon, Timtim, and Catimor varieties. The traditional wet-hulled process gives it the low-acid, full-bodied character typical of Sumatran coffees, with dark chocolate, brown sugar, tangerine, and a hint of spice - well suited to espresso and moka pot brewing.
