A washed lot (Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Typica varieties) from the Comité Penachi Monteverde washing station, Peru, grown at 1,400-2,000m, roasted for espresso. Cherry, chocolate, and maple syrup. Grown using regenerative-agriculture practices that protect the local ecosystem.
