A co-fermented Pink Bourbon lot from Finca El Placer (El Eje Cafetero, Quindío, Colombia), grown by Sebastian Ramírez at 1,500-1,744m, roasted medium-light for filter. Lychee, creamy yogurt, rose water, and tropical fruit. Ramírez is a fourth-generation coffee farmer known for pioneering processing experiments.
