Clifton's house filter roast comes from Mount Sunzu Coffee, a 780-hectare estate in Mbala, northern Zambia - an underrepresented origin for the roastery. The farm combines solar-powered irrigation, reforestation and beekeeping with fair employment for over 240 seasonal and full-time workers, and processes its own coffee through an on-site washing station and dry mill.
