An SHG EP-graded Arabica (Typica, Bourbon, Caturra) grown by smallholders in San Marcos, western Honduras near the Guatemalan border (1300-1650m, washed, cupping 81). Roasted Medium (City+) for espresso, it's a sweet, clean cup with gingerbread, nuts, tea and sweet orange notes.
