Description
Grown by Norma Iris Fiallos on Finca San Rafael in Corquín, Copán (1,300m), on the java variety, under pine-forest shade that adds acidity to the soil. A 48-hour natural maceration produces orange marmalade, raspberry, red grapefruit, and nougat. Roasted light for filter and medium for espresso.
