An organic-certified washed coffee from La Paz district, Marcala, Honduras, grown at 1,200-1,650m from a mix of Catuai, Bourbon, Typica, Lempira, and Ihcafe 90 varieties. Rich, sweet notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and roasted almond make it a well-rounded cup for espresso, moka pot, or pour-over.
