Description
A washed Red Bourbon coffee from the Mutambu Commune of the Mumirwa region, Burundi, grown at around 1,800 masl and contributed by 384 smallholder farmers. Cherries were processed at Migoti Coffee's washing station on Migoti Hill, with a day of fermentation before pulping, washing, and drying first in the shade and then on raised beds. Notes of cherry blossom, green grapes, and tinned pear.
