Half Caff blends caffeinated beans from Asprotimana, Huila, Colombia with decaffeinated beans from Cajamarca, Peru (Carbonic Natural CO2 process), roasted separately and combined at medium roast for reduced but not zero caffeine. It's a smooth, chocolate-and-caramel-leaning cup with toffee and tangerine notes, suited to cafetiere or espresso. Note: this is a caffeine-reduced blend, not a full decaf, so is_decaf is left false despite the name.
