Description
A 50/50 blend of sugarcane (Ethyl Acetate) decaffeinated Brazil (Matas de Minas, Natural) and fully caffeinated El Salvador (Argentina Estate, Washed), giving half the caffeine of a regular cup while retaining flavour. Milk chocolate and brown sugar sweetness sit over a delicate biscuit edge. Roasted medium-dark. Note: this is a half-caffeinated blend, not a full decaf.
