Guatemala Trés Maria from the Huehuetenango region, one of the country's highest and driest coffee zones, grown around 2000 m.a.s.l. and shielded from frost by warm winds off the Mexican plains. Washed processing produces a well-balanced cup with gentle acidity reminiscent of ripe tropical fruit, floral aroma with a hint of grape, and a full, sweet body.
