A decaffeinated Guatemalan lot from Coffee Bird, mainly Finca San Jeronimo and neighbouring farms in Atitlán, decaffeinated using the sugarcane process to retain the original washed coffee's flavour - complex, sweet and accessible with muscovado sugar, baked plum and hazelnut notes.
