A returning single-origin Geisha from the Santa Irene farm in Cobán, Guatemala, sourced through Assembly's long-standing partnership with Coffee Bird. The region's near-constant mist and rainfall (locally known as chipi-chipi) create moisture-rich soils and a staggered flowering cycle, and this lot is naturally processed with minimal intervention to let those local conditions shine through. The cup shows bright fruit, floral aromatics and a clean, tea-like finish, a more delicate expression of Geisha than is typical from this origin.
