Description
A washed 100% Arabica from the Guatemalan highlands, grown above 1,350m in the Chimaltenango and Suchitepequez regions on volcanic soil near the Fuego and Acatenango volcanoes. Graded SHB EP, meaning dense, high-grown beans that have been carefully hand-sorted. Expect a creamy, balanced cup with almond and chocolate notes and a gentle blueberry finish, suited to espresso as well as filter brewing.
