From Finca La Bella (1,450-1,650m), a Cup of Excellence-recognized family farm now run by fourth-generation grower Teodoro Engelhardt, grown on the villa sarchi variety. Naturally processed, with passion fruit, honey, jasmine, and cocoa in the cup. Roasted light for filter and medium for espresso.
