Guatemala Crucitas from the Las Crucitas estate near Guatemala City (1400-1600 m.a.s.l.), a two-time Illy Award-winning washed Bourbon/Catuaí lot grown on mineral-rich volcanic soil from the Pacaya volcano, classified Strictly Hard Bean. Full-bodied with higher acidity, notes of chocolate, caramel and hazelnut, and a light fruitiness.
