GourmetKáva Specialty's Colombian Tumbaga, a decaffeinated lot sourced by Sucafina from farmers across Cauca, Tolima, Antioquia and the Eje Cafetero (1400-2100 m.a.s.l.), decaffeinated using the natural sugarcane (ethyl acetate) method rather than chemical solvents. Cupping around 86.25, with a fruity, non-bitter profile of peach, lemon and earl grey, suited to both filter and espresso.
