GourmetKáva Specialty's espresso-roast Kenya Nyeri, from the Gatina washing station near Karatina (1800-2050 m.a.s.l., cupping 86+), a mix of Batian, Ruiru 11, SL28 and SL34 varieties from the Mugaga Farmers' Cooperative. Hand-picked ripe cherries, disc-pulped and overnight fermented; roasted primarily for espresso though also suited to moka pot.
