GourmetKáva Specialty's Burundian Yandaro, from the Yandaro washing station in Kayanza province near the Rwandan border (around 1800 m.a.s.l., cupping 85), Red Bourbon variety, honey-processed - pulped with part of the mucilage left on and sun-dried 10-20 days on raised beds. Sourced via Greenco's smallholder network, giving a sweet, gently acidic, full-bodied cup typical of the honey method.
