GourmetKáva Specialty's Brazilian Cascavel Vermelha, a naturally processed espresso-roast lot (800-1100 m.a.s.l., cupping 84) sourced by Sucafina from Brazilian farms combining mechanical harvest with selective hand-picking of ripe cherries. Sun-dried on patios for a clean, fruity profile with red fruit, pear cake, macadamia and chocolate notes, low acidity and a round body.
