Glenmalure AB
Roaster: Thomson's Coffee
Description
A Kent-variety lot from the Glenmalure section of Ngila Estate, near the Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania, run by Vera Stucker since 1992. Cherries are hand-picked, pulped, fermented as parchment for 12 hours, washed at the estate's own water-efficient station, then sun-dried on raised African beds for 8-13 days, giving a sweet cup with clean, clear acidity.
