A naturally processed Gesha from Don Senel Micromill in Costa Rica, founded in 2014 by third-generation farmer Senel Campos and now run alongside his son Allan. The mill reflects a broader shift among Costa Rican producers toward on-farm micromilling since the late 1980s/1990s, which let growers retain more value and showcase their own terroir rather than selling cherry to large centralised beneficios. The cup is clean, sweet, and carries pleasant violet aromatics.
