Gajah Mountain is a dark-roast single origin from the Aceh Mountains of Sumatra, Indonesia, sun-dried using the region's distinctive natural processing method. It gives a rich, creamy, earthy cup with dark chocolate and malt tones alongside grapefruit, chocolate truffle and molasses notes - a bold, low-acidity coffee spanning chocolate/caramel and nut/spice character.
