Brewing Methods

A seasonal three-origin espresso blend combining a Gaitania, Colombia anaerobic natural, a Ruli, Rwanda natural, and an El Matazano, Honduras coffee. The Colombian component brings boozy, fruity funk from a long low-oxygen fermentation, the Rwandan lot adds sweet, syrupy red fruit, and the Honduran coffee smooths things out. Expect a citrusy, tropical cup with grapefruit and cherry jam notes as an espresso, turning to amaretto and black cherry with milk.
