Description
A washed mixed lot from Finca Guadalupe Zaju in the Soconusco region of southern Mexico, a farm with roots in a wave of German settlement in the late 1800s and owned by German families until 2003. In the cup it offers bright green fruit acidity balanced by a nutty, jam-like sweetness on the finish.
